The Integrated Development Environment (aka IDE) allow you to create and manage Visual Prolog project. It contains features for:
- Editing source files
- Designing dialogs/forms
- Building/Compiling
- Debugging

Since version 11 the vipLaunch tool is used launch the "correct" IDE when several installations of Visual Prolog exists.
